Placed order on Aug. 1 took 5 days for it to ship out then 3 days to deliver. Too long to sit or be shipped and delivered. Customer service said nothing they can do. And that I would have to wait 10 days and if not delivered then get refund

I like Boscov's products but the website is not user friendly. Trying to apply rewards usually does not work. It looks like the code is going through, but when I print out my receipt my price is still the same as before I tried to apply my rewards coupon.

Very disappointed. I ordered a pair of shoes (fulfilled in Butler PA store) and there was only one shoe in the box. No one has called me back yet after researching "why" that would have happened. And, they didnt know if I could return it because there is only one shoe in the box.
