The search engine adds a lot of non-related products when I’m searching for something specific. I get crazy results from Boscov’s and I’m pretty darn good at Googling and researching in general. It’s one of the worst search engines compared to JCP, Macy’s, Walmart, and Amazon. Also, not many photos of individual items.. if that helps keep prices down then I can live with that.

Buying online from Boscovs is very easy. Even if my merchandise is delivered it’s an easy process. One thing I like about the delivery of merchandise, especially clothing, it is wrapped with such care, I hate to open it. Boscovs is the ONLY department store that I order from who delivers their merchandise so beautifully.

During the checkout process, it would be helpful if the price breakdown truly reflected the additional sale prices per item plus any additional discount I have applied. Maybe there could be a option showing the additional 20% off Emily Daniel's, Other womens clothing brands ect, combined at the end of checkout to show each discount total amount saved. Just my opinion! I could see the 15% discount I applied though.

I love Boscov's. They sell beautiful clothes and housewares and everything is displayed perfectly. I have trouble walking so when I can't physically go there I offer things to be delivered. Never have I been disappointed. I buy many gifts there also. The employees are friendly and helpful. I'm glad they finally got a lot more shopping carts.
