I wish Boscov would have their own app as it would be a lot easier to use than having to go home to use my computer. I want to use my phone to shop easier and quicker. I do not like the limit to use coupon or code for a discount. If I see more than 1 that would fit to my purchase, I will use it to save money happily. So, I beg and am hoping Boscov will have their own app soon before the holidays!

I have shopped in Boscovs for years. I love the store and the products. I have never had a problem. If I have questions they get answered. Checking out has been easy both in-store and online. I have always found good sales and product lines are quality. Store staff have aways been willing to help when asked. I really do not like to be shadowed and asked can I help you over and over. Your staff has always asked if I needed help. When told no they left me alone. Most staff stay visible at all times so when I do need them they are accessible. They have always been polite and respectful.

I ordered and received the wrong item. Boscov's is willing to take it back and give me a full refund at their expense without issue. That's good since it was my very first order. In addition, Boscov's should offer free shipping on any order for those customers that are more than 75 miles from their nearest store.
