On Nov 15, I signed in to my Boscov account and added 19 items to my cart. When I got to checkout, it asked me to sign in again, which I did. At that point, everything in my cart disappeared. I called customer support and he could find the items in my cart, but could not put them back in my cart, so the agent took my order over the phone. I got the order number (#66814164) and checked the order and found out the 20% discount did not appear on the order details. The agent said the discount did apply, but I could not see it on my end and the total charge did not reflect the discount. We finally just decided to cancel the order. The agent emailed me a copy of the cancellation. I then went back online and added everything back into my cart and tried to check out again, and once again, the website asked for me to sign in even though I was already signed in. I didn't want to lose my cart again, so I tried to use the Google Pay option, and that allowed me to proceed with the payment for the 2nd order (66815521). I got an alert from my bank for the correct amount of the 2nd order, but then I got an email confirmation, not for the 2nd order, but for the 1st order. At this point, I have no idea if and when I'll receive the correct order or if I'll be charged the correct amount, or if I’ll be charged twice. What a mess. The Boscov website needs some serious work.
