have not been that happy with this order. items keep arriving with small, but noticeable damages. this is the 3rd trip they are making to replace pieces of the set. i have been so frustrated with this whole experience, that i told the delivery department that i would just keep the pieces if they would discount the set. i was told the manager of the store said she would take $10 off. really???? that to me does not make any sense. if she had said we would take 15 or 20% off, i would have lived with the patio furniture issues. but $10? i found it insulting. trying to get this resolved has taken a lot of time. the table in the set has a different pattern on one side. one of the chairs was damaged with the stain removed from the side of the chair because it was stacked with no barrier between the two chairs. the setee is dented in a bit in the front. trying to get the store to respond has taken a long time. i am not sure why they want to keep replacing pieces if the customer is willing to keep the set, but receive a discount for it.
