I had a great experience with BikeShopWarehouse. The selection of bikes was much better than I expected, and the quality for the price really impressed me. I also asked for some information by email, and they responded quickly with exactly what I needed. Everything felt straightforward and honest, which I appreciate. Website works as it should. Looks a little outdated though, nothing wrong with it at all. Good selection, didn’t spend too much time analyzing the website or the experience, just here to buy a bike.

I needed a bike to commute to work that I could easily carry up and down multiple flights of stairs. I had previously purchased this same model about 6 yrs ago and wanted it again. I wish they had the matte finish available but color was pretty low on my priorities. The site I purchased the first bike from had raised the price to $299 and Bikeshopwarehouse.com had the same model for $20 less so I went with that. The bike was delivered with care to my workplace and I assembled it in about 30 min. My coworkers liked my bike, I told them where I got it and how easy it was and the discount prices that are cheaper than even Amazon and other big retailers for way better quality bikes, and went online to see if they could get something they liked there too.

Customer service at the time of purchase was fine, Fed Ex is terrible, they give you a delivery date and never show. I spent the day waiting for the delivery and FedEx claimed that I was not home to sign for the order. When they did show up few days later, the driver said the system is so messed up and there is no one to contact.

I chatted with Doug online. He was patient with my questions and asked his own. He then suggested a bike. I received the bike faster than I had anticipated. I think it was like three to four days. And it is perfect!!! My neighbor put it together for me and my only complaint is I may have to wait until the weekend to ride it again!!!!

This is my second purchase from Bike Shop Warehouse. The last purchase was approximately 8 years ago and the bike I purchased I have ride 5 out of 7 days every week and I have accumulated over 22,000 miles. So I thought it was time upgrade. The two conversations I had with the company personnel were good and I have had a good relationship with the company. I find the products and people to be of high quality and a great value.

Very competitive pricing. Some specs aren’t fully listed, so you’ll need to do a bit of your own research. Ordering and checkout were smooth and pleasant. Only downside is my bike got stolen today (also purchased here), which is frustrating—but that’s not on the store. Overall, a good buying experience.

The overall experience was good. I got good value for my money, there is lots of selection and it is a good jumping off point for more elite gear. You won't find the ultra high end names, but you also won't pay the ultra high end price.

BSW is the place to go if you’re in the market to upgrade your road bike but not break the bank. They have a broad range of options from frames to group sets and you cannot beat the prices. I’ve purchased 4 road bikes from them and each one has exceeded expectations!

Bicycle weight restrictions should be easy to find. I ended up having to Google the bike I purchased just to make sure it would hold up since I'm a big guy.

David got back to me via email first thing Monday. He was extremely helpful and didn’t cut me short or act irritated. We continued back and forth on the email thread. David was informative and offered other options. He was extremely pleasant! I am so thankful! I did not get the exact bike color I was hoping for, but the color i picked from availability will do just fine.

I never saw an actual picture or visual image of what I purchased once I selected the size and color. That was my main complaint.

I love the variety and the prices found on the website and I did check the BBB. I was frustrated after I put an item in the cart and then went to look at a few other things and could not find where to click to get back to my cart so I just started my search over again to re put it in the cart to get to it to make my purchase.
