The best part was that I could call a phone number and speak to a real person who helped me my make a purchase. He answered right away! So, yes the website was helpful but the person who answered the phone led to me making a purchase.

I used AI to help me find my parts and it highly recommended bikeparts.com on a few occasions. It kept coming back to reference bikeparts.com based on my request to select a seller with high quality parts and good reviews. One thing I did not appreciate was appeared to be false information regarding shipping. I met the quota for free shipping however I was charged for it. I could find a way to get rid of this charge. It was very frustrating and because of this I did not give great scores, Has this not been the issue, this would have been a 10 point experience hands down.

Comfusing about feee ship ober $75. Site kept making me select shipping & charging me. I paid shipping, despite calling & an employee said it aught be free to my area but seemed to get frustrated with me when I kept explaining the situation: that I kept having to pay the freight. If it is free shipping, then give me the option in shipping or explain. Few specs on the handlebar (backsweep, upsweep, weight).

Your website seems sketchy - like it was made 20 years ago. I only ordered because the local shop in Golden told me to. Otherwise, I would've avoided. Websites like The Lost Co, Fanatik, Biker's Edge, etc are way more legit and look modern.
