My payment methods kept getting kicked out because the address and name did not match my shipping address or name. We recently move and they have not updated the addresses yet except for my bank card and capital one card, these are also shared cards where I am the authorized user. Even after verifying through text, the card was still kicked out, I had to use my backup emergency card. There needs to be a better way to verify that the buyer is the card holder. Price match was a little clunky and had to make a full purchase first, was instructed to email proof of purchase and competitors listing the day after the purchase, and then the refund amount would be sent back. My call was answered very quickly though. The search function is very difficult to use, there should be a function where all components are listed together with additional filters on the side, especially a Sale and a discount High/Low feature. This will greatly streamline the sales experience of your customers and sell a lot more of your Sale items. Many listings are lacking a good description or accurate photo.

I could see on the website that the tires I wanted were available, but I wanted 3 of those tires and I wasn't sure that it was showing that the "available" status applied to all 3 tires. I called and got great customer support regarding inventory, but I was disappointed that I had to go back online to order instead of being able to complete the transaction while on the phone.

Site design is very simple and practical. Could use a bit of theme to feel more legitimate. Search/filter tools need a filter for "In Stock Only".

I think that an improvement to your platform would be to allow the account creator to be able to populate all of the billing and shipping information at that time. Then be able to choose to save for further purchases. Additionally, I comment that the alphabetical listing of the components viewed is The Best Way to display such. Thanks

The only element I would have liked differently would be the communications of shipping and delivery. Once the order was shipped, I received the expected delivery status updates, however, between the time I placed the order and the time the order was picked up by the shipper, there was zero communication. I would have liked a notification that "the order was planned on being shipped on xyz date."

Well I ordered a part from them that I could not find anywhere else and it was delivered. What makes me mad is they charged me $17.02 for FedEx 2nd Day Ground and sent my product through the USPS which took longer than 2 days. The ole bait and switch.

Oh you need parts for your bike? You should definitely check out BikeParts.com! They have tons of different parts and the prices are pretty cheap when I compared them to other companies. The item I ordered was out of stock and someone emailed me about a replacement. Super friendly and knowledgeable and helpful when there was issue with the delivery address. It was shipped super quick to! The handle bar was super nice and fit perfect! Definitely check them out they are the best company I’ve purchased from!
