When I called to see why delivery was delayed, they investigated and found Specialized was slow to deliver from the warehouse They were good to get back to me with an explanation. Still, delivery took 2 weeks

I used AI to help me find my parts and it highly recommended bikeparts.com on a few occasions. It kept coming back to reference bikeparts.com based on my request to select a seller with high quality parts and good reviews. One thing I did not appreciate was appeared to be false information regarding shipping. I met the quota for free shipping however I was charged for it. I could find a way to get rid of this charge. It was very frustrating and because of this I did not give great scores, Has this not been the issue, this would have been a 10 point experience hands down.
