Well First of all it looks nothing like the picture It's supposed to be offset and the one you sent is a straight seat post! Priority mail supposed to be 2 to 5 days took 8!

This is not the first time I've ordered from Bikeparts.com. Having said that, there are at least 3 specific things that keep me coming back. First of all, the website is easy to navigate and the options for what I'm ordering are shown. Second of all, their order status email updates are good. And for me, a biggie is that they have their phone number on their website, and they actually ANSWER calls. I had questions about one of my previous orders, and this ability to actually talk to a human was important.
