My original apple box had a home page with all streaming apps on display including Netflix. During a power out by PG&E that box did not recover and was not working. I checked with B&H and found what I thought was the next generation apple tv box. I purchased, received it timely and set it up. It is strictly an apple streaming box with no access to other streamers and specifically Netflix. Upon further review, apple no longer supports Netflix on their equipment. I found a way to stream Prime, which we already have a subscription with other platforms included (paid for) like Paramount, Brit Box, etc. Those paid options we have are not included on the apple version of our subscribed Prime. Of course apple then suggests if want Paramount, Brit Box and others we can pay apple to get them at the same cost we are already paying for what we already have. NOT GOOD. The only involvement B&H has in this is maybe you should express what the Gen 3 apple box does, and more importantly doesn't do and that "extra subscriptions you may already have won't transfer to this device".
Further, show that there more generations available like Gen 4. That would have helped me understand the choices better and cause a little more research (which I do take full responsibility for). I am not asking for a refund or returning this product. Just would like to do business, spend money, with the most information readily available by the sellers and that would be you.
