Shipping charges to guam is too expensive. $200 for shipping is unreasonable. please consider Usps. also, one time i ordered a ro water filter and the little connecting piece was cracked. i was still able to use, but dissapointed bc I spent so much.

I was pleased with the purchase overall. My only complaint, which is a minor one, is I was not notified when my order was shipped or given a tracking number. I live in the country and all oversize boxes are left in a drop box a mile from my home. There is always a concern of theft which has happened before so I like to know when to expect a package so I can go and retrieve it before it gets stolen. Thanks! Blair

A message kept popping up saying to text or call for a discount so I finally did it only to be told a couple days later that no discount is offered. I figured I’d at least get upgraded shipping if no discounts were available. Makes no sense for that message to pop up multiple times. I’d feel less disappointed if I hadn’t read it because at that point, I’m expecting something.
