The birdbath that I ordered was not packed for shipping and arrived in the original box. The box had a large hole in the side which allowed some of the parts to spill out. Apparently the instructions fell out also as they were not in the box. The birdbath looked much more substantial and heavier than the item that arrived. It was more like aluminum foil than galvanized metal. I had been so excited when I saw the item and was terribly disappointed when it arrived. A slight breeze would knock it down

The bird bath I bought is elegant and the electrical component is more sophisticated and energy efficient than my previous birdbath. Putting the stand together was a bit challenging; the instruction page should have text instructing users about which parts to put together first.

I have recommended Best Nest to family. I appreciate that should I have a problem with my order, Best Nest is responsive and corrects the issue. I have only had one issue in the past several years. FedEx lost part of my order, Best Nest sent what was missing without argument. I have several points but am not familiar how to use them for future orders.

My pump was making noise and I had a question I was told “you’ll have to contact the manufacturer we only sell the product “ I purchased it from you, you contact the manufacturer we. I have no relationship with them!

The azalea bird house that I ordered came poorly constructed with all of the posts have come apart from their glue and the star screw that should’ve gone into the roof did not enter the Wood. This was a replacement for the same birdhouse that I purchased about 10 years ago and now I have an empty post in the yard with no birdhouse. I’m very very very disappointed with the quality of the product that was sent to me I was told it’s the last of the items in stock. I have initiated the return through FedEx, but have not received my reimbursement yet.

The had a hard to find windsock swivel arm manufactured by Jacktite. Price including shipping was good. I would not hesitate to purchase from this retailer again.

I found this exact triple tube feeder at BestNest even though the manufacturer does not stock it anymore. With my large backyard bird population, this feeder provides 9 easily filled ports. I needed it to replace one that the bear trashed last year.

The pond pump is making a humming noise, when I brought it to the attention of customer service they said I need to contact the manufacturer, I bought the product from you you contact the manufacturer!

I have been a customer for a couple of years. We run two suet cakes at a time in a double grid for our birds (sorry, squirrels - we don't want you up there) that sits on a pole above the squirrel baffle. I order dozens of suet cakes each time. The variety of cakes, the availability of bulk buys, and the fast and accurate shipping makes Best Nest my go-to for bird food. And somewhere along the way, I sprouted a bunch of grandkids -- two of the families now do the same thing thanks to Grandma's urging: suet cakes in grids. Little Henry (5) takes great pride in id'ing birds (he has a kids' book) and re-stocking the grid at their house. We can actually talk about birds -- and how taking care of our natural environment is important. Best Nest makes it easy to keep this going! Thank you! Features: large orders are OK, everything in each shipment has been accurate and timely -- and casual observation shows that my neighborhood birds clearly prefer our feeder to the competition!! It's not inexpensive to have a bird habit -- but the importance of providing a bird habitat is clear, and we're all learning more and deepening our knowledge about the birds in our climate zone. The most exciting moment in the past week: three giant crows had a dispute in the air right over the bird feeder. They don't come often but they make quite a racket! Oh -- and the wren fledglings come with their parent and learn the art of dining out. Thanks for supporting this, BestNest!

I ACTUALLY ORDERED 3 MONTHS AGO NOT 6 AS I INCORRECTLY NOTED BEFORE. MY FIRST PURCHASE WAS IN 2024. I BELIEVE ALL PURCHASES HAVE BEEN FOR PINE TREE FARMS PEANUT BUTTER SUET CAKES (PACK OF 24). THIS PURCHASE WAS FOR 12 PACKAGES OF 24 CAKES FOR $1,202.00. I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT SPEND THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY IF I DID NOT THINK BEST NEST IS THE BEST!

This is the best site to order any type of item for wild animals. The items are sturdy, and are light in weight. So, the squirrel houses were easy to set up in the tall trees in my yard. I have squirrels living in two other houses purchased from BestNest. They are long-lasting!

I always order the suet for the birds through Best Nest because they carry the brand the birds like the best. I was pleasantly surprised with my most recent order because it arrived the day after I ordered it! The fast turn around is exceptional!

Very pleased with website. Only issue was a question on the product which when I called they indicated I needed to contact the manufactuer. Would be good for representatives to either find out or know in advance what products selling. Better customer service.

Very nice bird feeder. There is a tray at the bottom that enables bigger birds like Cardinals and Blue Jays to feed. The perches for small birds work well, too. Wish the bird food tubes were larger as these require regular refills about every three days. But the birds love it.

My overall experience over the years has been that Best Nest provides quality wild bird seeds. Of course I wish prices were less. If there is a problem with the order/delivery, they fix the issue immediately. I once recieved something I didn't order but the weight was correct and wild birds eat whatever I feed them so I didn't contact Best Nest on that one.

I would have given all “highly satisfied” answers except for the fact that windows kept popping up during the checkout process. Thankfully, although they bumped me back to the beginning of the process, they did not wipe out what I had completed. Annoying!
