I received my order in 2 days, which was great. The problem is my order was for a bat house pole, and I didn't receive the pole, I only got the ground sleeve and the piece of plastic yo mount the bat house to pole. BUT NO POLE!! I've tried contacting customer service, they don't answer and they don't return my calls. Im very disgusted with this company. I have had great experience with ordering previously from this company. And that's why I bought again. Im hoping they will make it right. Cause I paid $126 for 2 little plastic pieces. What a rip off!!

I bought 4 houses. There are defects in each of the boxes. I attempted to contact online, left message on phone, and contact via email. No response. It's a shame because they do have a wide selection.

I bought two 10 inch tall Halloween plant pots to replace my old ones. I paid priority USPS. It came one week late. I didn’t get 10 inch tall pots. Received two 6” tall pots. Now I have to mess with returning these small pots. They are pretty and in excellent condition just way too small.

I have been looking for a large trellis and found what I wanted on another website, but I couldn’t purchase it online. After googling Panacea, I found it on Best Nest! So happy to order it online! The boathouse I wanted initially are all "out of stock". I emailed bestnest asking whether they had a multi chambered bat house with mounting pole that came in brown and the reply I received was "go look at our website"...I had done that already, several times - hence the email. Was a dismissive response. I ended up getting a bathouse that I will have to stain brown myself

The product did not look at all like the photos on the website. It had rough splinters and the color was uneven. One of the sides was not put together properly so the entire pyramid does not line up. I can send photos!! And worst of all, the enclosed instructions were vague so I checked on the webpage for the product and it had completely different steps and directions. I was putting it together on a Sunday so there was no option to contact customer support. I would have returned it, but Reddits made it sound like your returns are difficult. And I had free shipping and one sentence in your return policy implied that I might not get the full refund for the product ($184.99) because you would deduct some amount from that to cover the "free" shipping to me. I had previously ordered a less expensive garden pyramid from Wayfair which was of much better quality. Your website photos should reflect the rough finish of the product.

I tried to order with my laptop and could not get my card number entered. I tried to order later on my desk top and was successful. I use Ubuntu 20.04 with Fire Fox web browser on both computers.

I love the design of my mealworm feeder but no birds have visited it in over two weeks. It's hanging near other feeders- niger, black oil sunflower. Birds are visiting those. I have at lease two pairs of bluebirds year round but haven't seen any at the new feeder.
