The bird nest is of good quality wood, well made, long enough pole to put far enough into the ground to be stable, not sure why it needs a plate around the opening hole but will follow directions and put it there.

Been shopping with BestNest for many years, it’s the only place I buy any kind of bird or critter food. Quality is fantastic and the nut mixes are top quality. How many bird food bags at the grocery store do you see with whole cashews, hazelnuts and huge pine nuts? You don’t see it bc they fill it with millet and junk. The waste free food has not 1 grain of millet or filler and my birds absolutely devour these nuts! I’d eat it if it was ok for humans, that’s how good it looks. Shipping is phenomenal too! Order by 3pm and they truly do ship that same day. These bags of food are HEAVY and they still offer free shipping with a $75 order and it’s so easy to hit that amount, they have something for everyone’s backyard and garden! I love bestnest and will continue sending friends, they make my favorite hobby even better!

Our hummingbirds (and flicker woodpeckers!) absolutely love the Best Nest Hummingbird food. It is great to have a mixed supply in the refrigerator, to refill our feeders as needed. Very easy to mix and use.

This was the third time I purchased the same products from BestNext, because the price is really good and delivery fast. Our local birding store sells the same products for nearly double the price, making it hard to feed our backyard birds. We're so glad to find identical items for much less. The price for Pine Tree insect suets have been going up, which is understandable, but I hope your don't keep raising the price to the point that it is unaffordable for us. Thank you for being such as a great company.

We like the Woodlink Caged birdfeeder. But it is a little hard to fill. I just bought a funnel and hope it will help. The small birds like it a lot which makes us happy. It keeps the Big Overeaters out. That’s great. Don’t have to fill it as often as the previous feeder. Little squirrels seem to like it too. We will work on that! Customer service is great. 😁

Do not look at the pictures while ordering. I was under the assumption that I was ordering 3 complete birdhouses sets. How in the word are 3 houses $400?!?!?! Only the house came with no way to mount the birdhouses. Only if you have a special 3 sided triangle pole are you able to mounth the houses. I couldn't use any other pole. I have now missed my scouts and this order has costed me my purple martin colony!!! I miss the sound of my birds welcoming me each morning :..(

I have ordered from Best Nest for a number of years. If I run out of seed before my order arrives, I supplement with something that I can purchase locally and in my experience, the birds are often not interested in another options. Sometimes the feeders go completely untouched until the new feed arrives from Best Nest.

The wind spinner was very pretty, but no matter where I placed it in the yard (there was a strong breeze), it would not spin. I wondered if it was off-balance, but there’s no way to adjust the blades because they are welded. My neighbors have a different spinner, and it was spinning freely. I don’t want to go through the expense of sending it back, but it was expensive and I’m disappointed.

I was excited to see this product was in stock and at a good price. Upon receiving it I noticed one of the panels had popped off on one corner. Also some of the pieces were bent. I understand this is a problem with the manufacturer and packaging and not BestNest. I don't want to get a replacement as I need to install these as I need to plant the plants that are going on the trellis now. I will have to fix it myself. Also I don't want to have to pay to have the trellis shipped back.

Product was very poorly made. Splintered with I'll fitting pieces. For this type of hive, smooth edges are critical. Did not look like the picture, it was of very poor quality

It was fine. Love the free shipping. Great product, I've been ordering your kestrel boxes since 2021. Wish you made some larger styles, my kestrels have a lot of babies, which is why I have to buy a new box every year. I don't have a sandblaster! I designed an inexpensive camera mount (Wyze battery cam plus with solar panel) for this nest box and it worked great all season. Just fledged this year's 5 chicks.
