I liked that the main page of bird feeders showed just a few, and then you clicked on a button to see the rest. It made the main page much cleaner.

I was disappointed in the checkout. It populated everything, I clicked the purchase button and the captcha and waited for a confirmation. It did not appear and the order stayed as it was except I had to re-enter my credit card info.

When checking out, my info auto filled BUT the website didn't recognize my phone number [as 10 digits, even tho it had been filled in - the site kept asking for a 10 digit number even tho that field was filled out. So . . . I finally erased my number and put it back in [w/ a period between certain numbers]. Pretty frustrating - asking for info that's ALREADY there!

Very happy with the purchase experience. Website is fast and easy to use. Could variety and descriptions of the products. Very happy with the BIRD boxes and that Homes purchased. One thing I’m not happy about on your survey is asking my gender and listing male female non-binary, etc. There are only males and females. I almost stopped the survey at that point and considered not shopping with you. Don’t be woke don’t feed into people’s delusions.

Reasonable price for good quality. Not the big box garbage- certainly more unique. Better selection of in stock items than other stores. Good item descriptions. Online purchasing was easy, and I was easily able to have the items shipped directly to the recipient (it was a gift-they loved it!)

Site is easy to navigate, however a few products are not listed with details that would possibly had me purchase them - example: "Dragonfly Birdbath" -- this product page does not have a size in the details and the photos include a pedestal column but I could not confirm that it is actually included.

Despite having to make several attempts on different devices to actually make this purchase I am pleased with BestNest. The failed attempts involved the BestNest site rejecting my state, selected from a pull-down menu of their design, as invalid. It was the next morning, on a different device, that I as able to successfully complete the order. The failed purchase attempts resulted in duplicate charges appearing on my credit card. In the end, only one charge went through but it is frustrating and time consuming nonetheless. When I phoned, customer service was polite but offered no help beyond stating only one order had been placed and that only one charge went through. No help or information as to why two were appearing on my CC account. After those initial difficulties the order went smoothly. My items shipped on time and I received email updates on progress and status. It arrived on time and was correct. I was extremely impressed with the packing! It was the best I’ve ever seen! My items were glass and the fantastic job they did in protecting them virtually eliminated ANY chance of damage in transit and is greatly appreciated!

The feeder I purchased was supposed to be squirrel resistant. The squirrels destroyed it within an hour of hanging it outside. The springs that are used to set the weight and Chinese made junk.

I was looking for a long, sturdy bracket for suspending a birdfeeder from the deck, out of other animals’ reach. The wrought iron bracket was exactly what I needed. It arrived well packed and the quality is excellent. It was packed with bolts for installing, as well.I was also happy that it was made in the USA.
