The wind spinner was very pretty, but no matter where I placed it in the yard (there was a strong breeze), it would not spin. I wondered if it was off-balance, but there’s no way to adjust the blades because they are welded. My neighbors have a different spinner, and it was spinning freely. I don’t want to go through the expense of sending it back, but it was expensive and I’m disappointed.

The item I received was not what I ordered, but it was a bigger and more expensive bat house kit that I received. When I had questions about how to assemble the pole, customer service was very helpful.

I was excited to see this product was in stock and at a good price. Upon receiving it I noticed one of the panels had popped off on one corner. Also some of the pieces were bent. I understand this is a problem with the manufacturer and packaging and not BestNest. I don't want to get a replacement as I need to install these as I need to plant the plants that are going on the trellis now. I will have to fix it myself. Also I don't want to have to pay to have the trellis shipped back.

Product was very poorly made. Splintered with I'll fitting pieces. For this type of hive, smooth edges are critical. Did not look like the picture, it was of very poor quality

It was fine. Love the free shipping. Great product, I've been ordering your kestrel boxes since 2021. Wish you made some larger styles, my kestrels have a lot of babies, which is why I have to buy a new box every year. I don't have a sandblaster! I designed an inexpensive camera mount (Wyze battery cam plus with solar panel) for this nest box and it worked great all season. Just fledged this year's 5 chicks.

Long story short, I scrolled below the item I was looking at and thought I clicked on it but actually must’ve clicked on another item that was under the “other items that you may like “ and I didn’t double check. But looking around afterwards I found that I could have gotten the exact same thing directly from the manufacturer cheaper, I guess that’s what happens when you get in a hurry:(. Products are very good quality and they will work fine and last.

Great experience. I actually found this product via Amazon, so you're getting that exposure, also good for you as the actual business owner/seller, Amazon Prime is refusing to complete the sale/shipment of this product due to it being out of scope essentially due to size of the product. I had the same experience with a very small item and have realized Amazon is using an algorithm to weed out the sale/shipping of products where the dimensions of the product and the extra effort-cost-whatever... isn't supported by the profit to Amazon from the sale of that product. Nonetheless, I did find you via Amazon Prime as it's a convenient way for me to purchase a wide range of needed items. Also your direct purchase price with free shipping is the same as I found on Amazon and I way prefer to buy from you. I'm looking forward to receiving this heated birdbath with solar fountain.
