Very good I was very happy to see the free samples because I wanted to try those two products anyway. The coupon for 15% was also nice and prompted me to also buy the mascara. I purchased 2 of the wrong eyebrow pencils by accident and customer service said they can’t grant me the 30% off because the sale is over. Never again will I buy these products. I sent a message and never got a response and customer service I had to contact twice. Very upsetting and the return process is an issue as well. I went into an ultra store to purchase a brow pencil because a friend highly recommended them to help me find the right product for my very sparse brows. She said they would help me find the right color and brand. They did just that, they recommended benefit brand goof proof in grey. It was perfect fit for me, easy to apply and reasonably priced.
