Checking email regarding delivery and it stated delivered at approximately 830am and when I went to check it was not there. I emailed Benefits and they responded that they are not able to help me since it was marked delivered by the delivery service to go and contact the delivery agency. Very disappointed about your customer service.

the only thing i found a little annoying was on the front page where it was providing the discount codes for the sale, the site did not allow me to right click/copy the codes with my mouse. other than that the checkout process was smooth and the shopping experience was fun. the generous discount and free shipping was great! i ended up buying a product for my daughter as a gift because the prices after discound were so reasonable.

I found the site easy to navagate. Check out was simple and fast with a clear place for the promotional code. You no longer carry something I have previously purchaed so trying to find it was not as easy as possible. However, I am willing to chalk that up to user error.

I think that the search is kind of clunky and the mobile site is not great. I had to turn my iPad sideways to see the checkout button. I was on the page and I could see everything in my bag and the shipping and everything, but there was no checkout button until I went landscape.

The promotion code didn’t work at first. Also, the shipping costs are confusing. The estimated cost at the top shows $0 for shipping as a loyalty member, but the shipping section below the estimate shows a shipping charge of $6+.
