The extreme amount of website popups made shopping difficult. The promised benefits of VIP membership seemed difficult to pick or add. While I like the products, I found the website annoying and defeatist. Please control the popup.

Hard to find where to input the promo code and frustration with discontinued items, like Dallas. Would be great to have a section addressing if you liked X product, you'll like this Y product, so you know what newer active product would be most similar.

i had come onto the website to find a lip tint i had gotten last christmas, and not only did i get that, but i got two other items as well! The website was very well thought out and pleasing to look at. Not to mention easy. I had a small hard time using my card but i ended up getting it to work.

The only negative is that I keep getting instagram ads showing these great sets of benefits products but when I click on it, it’s not available on the benefit website. Not sure why benefit is advertising items that are unavailable
