I am really loving the collectible bags that benefits is having with their products right now. This will be the fourth item that I have purchased because I love the collectible container. It looks so cute on my vanity just a small way to show myself some love besides the fact that I feel benefits products are clean and beautiful.

It was frustrating. Store survey popped up as I was attempting to check out the first time, and caused me to have to start over. When I tried the second time, it closed the site. When I tried again, the 15% discount code for signing up for text messages was not accepted because it said it was already redeemed. I had not checked out previously because it kicked me out, so I did not get the offered discount. I ended up checking out without the discount just to complete the purchase, but I almost gave up. Also, as I was checking out, it said to pick out 4 samples, but would only allow me to add 2. I didn't really care about the samples, but it's the principle of the thing. It all felt a bit deceptive. Not sure if I would order directly from Benefit again if this is how they operate.

I got logged out of my account multiple times while I was shopping across multiple sites (planning my restocks on hair care, makeup, etc.) and having to sign in over and over on Benefit was annoying, but not majorly so. I would also love to be able to search by shade of product or to hover over a product to see the shades. I have red hair, so I was looking for auburn brow products and burgundy mascara. I had to check each product individually to see if they had my shade. But I love Benefit so it's worth it. I usually stock up at the store in Chicago.

The price seems to be very expensive but...I do completely enjoy the product color and the party the artist in me paints my older eyebrows to match my hair color!

Checking email regarding delivery and it stated delivered at approximately 830am and when I went to check it was not there. I emailed Benefits and they responded that they are not able to help me since it was marked delivered by the delivery service to go and contact the delivery agency. Very disappointed about your customer service.

the only thing i found a little annoying was on the front page where it was providing the discount codes for the sale, the site did not allow me to right click/copy the codes with my mouse. other than that the checkout process was smooth and the shopping experience was fun. the generous discount and free shipping was great! i ended up buying a product for my daughter as a gift because the prices after discound were so reasonable.

I found the site easy to navagate. Check out was simple and fast with a clear place for the promotional code. You no longer carry something I have previously purchaed so trying to find it was not as easy as possible. However, I am willing to chalk that up to user error.
