all the products are awesome. i have a very sensitive and eczema prone skin, because of which i never put makeup on but benefit products are really good for my sensitive eczema prone skin. i never had any complaints. its been 6 months since i started using them. All Products quality is A class. I love Benefit products.

I love the brow and lash products, their real primer and mascara is the BEST. I just wish you still sold the erase paste/boiing industrial concealer. Not interested in careless, the under eye concealer was also out, so I couldn’t try that.

My problem with benefits is you discontinue products that some of us use and really like. You did not replace something with a product. This is just as good. Also, I noticed your products are costing more and getting smaller. Let’s be more customer friendly please I’ve been using benefits for years and years and years.

Everything is easy to use and order and service has always been great. I do miss, however, your discontinued "Brown Microfilling pen". it was perfect for a person my age whose brow hairs have disappeared and that product was just perfect. Everything was great with the website and ordering today. The only improvement I wish benefit would make is adding more stuff to the rewards. I loved the makeup bag, the duffel bag and the Tumblr the Tumblr and the duffel bag are already out of stock and I really wanted the Tumblr lol but I just wish they would have more of a variety of rewards and have more of them so they don’t run out so quick.
