Overall experience was good. However, given that free shipping was advertised, I had to pick my preferred kind of shipping - all three options had different prices and I didn't know if that would be added to the final charge. That was a little confusing. the coupon for a first time user also did not work for a couple of hours after I'd received it, kept saying that it had already been used which was weird. Other than that, the experience was great.

Difficulty inputting my credit card information as it is website checkout is greatly lagged as far as time.
