Your website and customer service are truly terrible. I could not check out on the website for 2 weeks. It kept giving me an error message telling my "something" in my cart was "invalid", but would not tell me what. I used your chat, called your number (twice!), messaged you on FB, and received absolutely no response back. The first time I called you said the customer care team was closed although I called well within the hours posted. They second time I called I got disconnected waiting for someone to answer. I tried again 2 weeks later, and this time I once again could not check out. It would "grey out" the checkout button every time I logged into my rewards profile. I tried 2 different computers, restarted them, deleted my cookies, etc. I finally got around it after 40 minutes of clicking and trying and emptying my cart and re-filling it. I FINALY found a work around through pure luck.
In short, this entire experience has been a MESS. I placed this order because I am going away and do not have the time to find alternate products, however, I will not continue to do business with your company. I have been a loyal customer since 2005, and my teenage daughters use you too now. I purchased THREE advent cubes this holiday season and have used you exclusively the past 20 years. website issues are understandable, but not responding to someone who reaches out for assistance FIVE TIMES is inexcusable.
