i have purchased from bellami for years!! easily about 10 years. they have the biggest selection ive seen. only downfall is the clips wear off quick so i find myself adjusting them often and price has increased drastic!

Overwhelming to chose the color but don’t want to pay 200.00 for the swatches. It’s definitely like throwing a Hail Mary.

I would recommend labeling the images when selecting the color of thread. It was hard for me to see what thread color I was actually selecting. For example, I had to purchase two thread colors espresso and auburn brown because the image of the thread doesn’t show when selecting. It shows all the colors making it confusing on which is which.

I had some confusion with the fact that pricing for the same item were different when i was looking on my computer and on my phone. It is hard to know if you are ordering the correct item when it is showing 2 different prices. But I talked to my region manager and hoping to get things figured out now soon.

Asked for a color match, provided several pictures and the color wasn’t even close. i was then told after already purchasing for my upcoming wedding, that you had no colors to match my hair which is incorrect because i have owned both clip ins and track extensions. very disappointed with my experience, extra emotional bc it was my wedding and was looking very excited to feel sexy with fuller, longer hair. ordered bc i had great experience in the past but will definitely be going to other brands in the future

The only thing I'd suggest updating is the information about lengths. The website has extension lengths broken down into short, medium, and long, but that doesn't really help select the actual inches length of the products. A visual would on different model heights would be very helpful!
