The website feels a little sloppy but my main issue with it is how slow it is to add items to cart. It takes about 10 seconds after you click for it to realize that anything is happening.

It’s a lovely hair but there is problem strands of hair are keeping tangling together and curls are sticking together I have to brush it every 30 minutes so it looks pretty.i tried a clarifying shampoo to get that excess of fabric silicone out but it’s still samee unfortunately and I am not wearing them currently,it’s frustrating seeing my hair tangled in the middle of my work shift ,which I can’t leave to go brush my hair .Good thing about BELLAMI clip ins that they did not irritated my scalp like other hair extensions.it was Nice and easy on my scalp that one time.

I personally do not like the new website at all. It’s slightly hard to navigate. It constantly logged you out and you have to continue to log back in. It’s very hard to get to just the professional items. Also slightly frustrated because my clients extensions were out of stock meaning I had to purchase longer extensions and charge her more. Because it’s not her fault, I am eating the cost of the price difference.
