Hair was extremely heavy tangles easily , held together with cheap Velcro clip that constantly fall off , the wire looks horrible if you have finer hair do not purchase this even though the whole point is add volume so why would anyone besides with fine hair buy this . You have to take the wire to make it look decent but its so painful to wear without it.

I love the hair quality the price is still s bit high even for professionals but its better than full price. I also notice now there is as fee incase it gets lost I think thats a horrible idea , due to the fact that the hair itself is already high in price.

Hair was not at all what was expected I ordered walnut brown no where I product purchase did is state it contained hues of grey. A majority of the hair appears grey in the light I’m so disappointed this was suppose to be for my engagement party and wedding and in the light the reflective grey undertones makes the hair look ashy in color. Not brown at all.

Your hair quality has completely gone down hill. The last 3 times I have ordered new hair, even taking the tape covers off the tape has almost taken off the tape on the extension. My order was also delayed a day so it didn’t come on time. You have missed the mark, too many other companies with extensions now a days that you apparently cannot compete with.
