Your hair quality has completely gone down hill. The last 3 times I have ordered new hair, even taking the tape covers off the tape has almost taken off the tape on the extension. My order was also delayed a day so it didn’t come on time. You have missed the mark, too many other companies with extensions now a days that you apparently cannot compete with.
