The website functions fine for purchasing, but I do miss the old website from about a year ago where I could easily find all my past orders. Since it switched to the new account log in, my previous orders aren’t visible. Just a small thing.

I have always hada wonderful experience with Bellami they sell wonderful products wonderful hair extensions. I’ve been shopping with them for years now I also like their pricing the quality it’s very good. It lasts me a good while customer service is perfect to get back to you right away. Return or easy. The website is really easy to navigate and I love that they always have discounts.

Overall, my experience has always been great. I’ve always been happy with the website and the service. The only things I miss are the free shipping for Pro members on any purchase and my rep, Julie. She was always so helpful and made the experience feel more personal. Now that free shipping requires a $275 purchase, smaller orders are less convenient. I would love to see free shipping for Pro members return with no minimum purchase, and I’d also love to have Julie back as my rep.

I would never get Bellami again. The quality is terrible, so knotted and tangly immediately out of the box. Hair clumps together making it obvious they are extensions. Colors are not as described. Very thin despite claiming to be 180 grams also somehow split ends. Just terrible, not like it us d to be.

My experience was excellent. I just moved and my shipping method was wrong. My customer service agent Chantel was extremely helpful in helping me and answering all questions she also waived my overnight fee and started a refund return to help me get my hair in time. Very happy with her help
