I would never get Bellami again. The quality is terrible, so knotted and tangly immediately out of the box. Hair clumps together making it obvious they are extensions. Colors are not as described. Very thin despite claiming to be 180 grams also somehow split ends. Just terrible, not like it us d to be.

My experience was excellent. I just moved and my shipping method was wrong. My customer service agent Chantel was extremely helpful in helping me and answering all questions she also waived my overnight fee and started a refund return to help me get my hair in time. Very happy with her help

The hair did not match the swatch that I showed my client. It was very disappointing. I had to pull up old hair that I had to put in her hair so it matched properly. I’m going to have to return the hair. I just purchased. I am so disappointed in this company and the hair quality I have received.

The website is difficult to understand and navigate, it used to be more streamlined. Even though I have a professional account and am logged in it still prompts me to sign up for a professional account. It even seems like im not logged in to the professional account when I am logged in and I periodically have to keep making sure im in the right spot.
