I ordered a blond one and a brown hue. I kept the blonde but i returned the brown. I had a professional dye the blonde ones and my hair the same color because i really like the quality of Bellami but none of the colors match

I have been ordering from Bellami Hair for years now, all kinda of hair extensions. From sewn in wefts, to volume wefts to clip in extensions. The speed of delivery and quality has been unmatched. Since recently that is. My last order I was warned by another friend her hair came thinner than usual and the color was off. I had had a one off experience before with quality not lasting as long as usual, and decided to risk placing my own order. When the hair showed up, it was about as half the amount I’m used to. I ordered 18 inch clip in extensions, and at about 15 inches the hair starts to disappear into simply a few straggly strands. In order for me to use it, I’d have to trim off a few inches. Which why would I pay that length in the first place if I had to do that. I shared photos of the hair with customer service, where I was told “we do this tapering intentionally”. No support, understanding or solution was offered. The lack of weight, mixed with the straggly ends has now resulted in me sharing it with my current hair stylist and her salon and looking for alternative options. This brand used to be one I trusted and raved about. After the feedback from my friend and my own experience, this is not one I will reach for again or be so inclined to recommend.
