I’m pretty happy with the hair my clients like it. Sometimes it does get a bit dry however the keratin removes very easily which I love and the k-tip strands are thick which is also a plus. They are thicker than most companies.

I recently purchased bellami tape ins for the first time and the color that I purchased and acquired online was not what I was expecting one bit. I’m a professional hair stylist and the color I chose was perfect for the client although nowhere did it specify that it was a rooted tape in. So the color I got mids to ends, perfect. Although my client being platinum blonde at her base had to adjust with getting a rooted look due to over priced extensions that were not exactly what she expected. So both of us were blind sided by the purchase.

I wanted high quality extensions in anticipation of my wedding day and hair/make-up trials. But this website felt like a rip off. The spending amount for free shipping kept changing, if I put more in my cart it would go from me needing to spend 38.00 to me needing to spend 60.00 plus?? It was obvious the website was designed to make me purchase more than I wanted. Many of the most basic items (like a shower cap) required a login or verification of a professional license, which I thought was unnecessary. Anything I could have purchased to get me to the free shipping amount (flat irons for example) was “sold out”. Also there was a very limited selection of accessories which was disappointing. Further, to purchase the hanger and the bag separately was 12.50 but in the bundle it was 20.00 and nothing in the description explained what additional you received in the bundle to constitute an extra 8.00 dollars. The website was obviously predatory in terms of trying to get you to spend more money which I think reflects poorly on the brand. This used to be a top of the line brand. Also I was very disappointed that the bridal bundle did not come with any extensions. How is a bundle of accessories more expensive than the extensions themselves? I wanted it but could not justify spending 300.00 on top of the 230.00 extensions. Maybe if it was $350 or $400 inclusive of the extensions I would have bought it.
