The only thing I'd suggest updating is the information about lengths. The website has extension lengths broken down into short, medium, and long, but that doesn't really help select the actual inches length of the products. A visual would on different model heights would be very helpful!

It’s definitely easy to navigate. There were some options that were out of stock which is my only real issue. It would be nice if there was a comparison page with the differences between the styles of clip ins as well.

I feel so confident with my extensions. The color match was perfect. Although I’ve washed it a few times now and so much dye comes out in the sink. The color has changed and doesn’t match my hair like it did before. The hair also has a smell. I wore my extensions one day that it was raining and since then the hair hasn’t smelled the same. Even though I’ve since washed them.

The package arrived opened & damaged and missing a pack of hair. I immediately contacted customer service and they provided a resolution quickly. As it was a Friday when this happen, they had a replacement pack of hair overnighted that Monday and arrived Tuesday. Very satisfied with how the resolution was handled, thank you

I have purchased extensions before in the past. They were wonderful and great. The ones that I recently purchased was very unsatisfying. I ordered 18 inches 240 g and it looks like 14 inches instead. Hair quality was good but very thin.

Bellami has an opportunity to significantly improve its customer service experience. Reaching a representative by phone can sometimes be difficult, and when you do get through, the level of professionalism and phone etiquette can be inconsistent. Some representatives come across as rude or unwelcoming, which does not reflect the level of hospitality or customer care customers should receive. For a brand that positions itself as a luxury company and charges premium prices for its products, the customer experience should reflect that same level of quality. Unfortunately, the first point of contact with customer service can feel surprisingly low-quality and falls short of the expectations associated with a luxury brand. I would encourage Bellami to invest in additional customer service training, improve phone accessibility, and establish higher standards for professionalism, communication, and customer care. The luxury experience should extend beyond the product itself to every interaction with the brand.

I found the website very user friendly, however it is not easy to go back to a page without starting over at top of all hair so you have to scroll through options a few times but other than that it was amazing

Good! wished the website had different height women wearing each extension length size. I’m 5’4 and had a very hard time deciding 22 or 24 size was right for my height. This purchase was for bridal trial.

My experience with Bellami was AMAZING! I reached out via text and sent in a few photos of my hair and what it looks like. The stylist got back to me right a way with her suggestions on what color and type I should get as well as what to do in case the color was wrong so I coule return it. Well everything is PERFECT! The color is beauiful, the length is perfect and I feel fabulous. I had been wearing tape ins for a long time ans the seam less clip ins look so natural and are super easy to put in the way thr stylist suggested! I am getting compliments every day on my hair! Thank you so much for helping this balding 43 year old look and feel gorgeous again!
