Some items are out of stock. The price discount for professionals are average but I should have received a discount code to use since I have switched to Bellami recently, made several orders and have not ever received a welcome discount as stated I would.

I am beyond excited about my Bellami training. They called me to follow up on my purchase of online education and invited me to a in person training. The one I wanted was sold out but they ended up getting me into it after all and made sure my kit was here on time.

I loved the hair that was purchased the color was perfect, and the texture was amazing. The only thing was the density. My client felt that the hair wasn’t nearly as dense as her first set! Even though it’s the same weft as before. So I’m having to re order and re install the hair. So that’s not awesome.

The website has been a little more difficult to navigate, it doesn't show all the colors so I have to search for the colors instead of being able to scroll. Then when I go to click on the color it will disappear sometimes. Check out is always easy.

When I ordered from Bellami, I had an inspiration picture and I was looking for keratin tips. Whenever I logged on, I was contacted via text by a representative who helped me find the right color match and answered any question that I had. I've purchased from Bellami many times in the past but this time felt bespoke. The whole shipping process only took 2 days and the hair is great! Perfect match, beautiful!

I always love how fast the shipping is but I ordeeed the swatch ring held it against my clients hair knowing it would have a darker root which would be fine but the tone was different than what we expected. It had way too much gold compared to the swatch. So we were disappointed to have to move her appointment out further.
