A stylist assisted me in ordering the color. She texted me the extensions. No other information was given. I didn’t even understand the numbers on the extensions. 16/32 etc. I guessed it was length in inches. I was concerned about how to return if color didn’t match, she took so long to respond, I found it on the website. I was annoyed that I was encouraged to buy shipping protection when you’re the ones shipping it to me. Package finally comes and there are no instructions. Just a box with a sample that was tangled in a net and the extensions that I can’t even open if I’m to return it. $450, a lot of money. Very disappointing. I bought from this company because my first hair extensions were from Halo Couture, my hair stylist had a number of pieces and helped me find the exact color for my hair; from her selection. That was a great experience; this was not.

I was able to easily find my color match with the 3-pack Sample Set. The site advertises that if you purchase the Sample Set you can get $50 off your next order, but there was no where for me to redeem a code or instructions on how to do so. I didn't feel comfortable spending the original listing price for what I wanted, so I did not purchase and decided to wait. I'm glad I did because I was able to catch the 4th of July sale, so I was happy with that.

The quality of hair extensions looks and feels fantastic. However shopping on line can be rather difficult as I have trouble fining the names of the hair. I wish when I hovered over them, the name would pop up. I do look forward to purchasing more products in the near future.
