I didn’t have any problems with the website today . Have noticed the taxes and shipping seemed to be higher. And have noticed some problems with some of the hair not matching swatches and not being great quality like previous years

This about the dark brown extension I bought before this off black. Just within a week the texture became cottony so I think there is a little bit drop in the quality. Once I use off black, I’ll see how long it lasts.

I do not like the one, up close picture of the hair swatch. You cannot see what it actually looks like when it’s a zoomed in picture. Some colors have videos of someone holding the bundle of hair, which is super helpful. All colors need a video
