I purchase extensions for all the clients/stylists on our team. The website is lovely and fairly easy to navigate (sometimes hard to find specific colours as they are listed in a funky order) and the shipments always super smooth. Only downside is that we have already had two weaves that have been returned as they got really crepey even though the aftercare is exactly according to your recommendations.

So there was a offer saying that at checkout, they would discount an extra 35% off from the pro price if I bought flex with Hair Extensions but it didn’t take off that extra 35% off on top of the pro price. It only took off my pro pricing that it does regularly without a offer. So I would say that what Bellamy was marketing as an extra discount for a specific Hair extension didn’t come thru as advertised.

I have used Bellami for over 5 years. I love Bellami. However in the past year I have noticed a huge decline in the quality of the hair and the rate at which the colors fade. I have seen clients blondes turn copper (not from sunscreen or heat) the Hot Toffee fades to orange within weeks of wearing it. I have also noticed that the shed and quality of the hair on the weft has been declining as well. As far as your website, I miss being able to see all my past history orders. The shop portion is a joke. It does not show my orders and the few it does show are wrong or the dates are wrong. This is a bookkeeping nightmare and I have been told by your customer service that Bellami is trying to figure that kink out. I have an amazing rep! Karen is fantastic . She really took care of me and my client. The customer service is one of the only reasons I have not completely left Bellami. I know there has been a lot of changes and I am trying to be patient while Bellami tries to fix the issues.

I am very eager to take part in the upcoming master class that I have registered for. However, my Master Class kit did arrive a bit later than expected—I’m assuming due to weather delays which is no fault of Bellami Hair—and damaged (the zipper on the right side is off the track, preventing it from closing completely). I am worried about resolving this issue in time so that I don’t have to bring a kit that cannot completely seal to the class as I’m nervous the contents will not stay in.

Color match chat was spot on! Updates and tracking were very helpful. Package did arrive slightly damaged.. you can tell it got squished. So plastic was bent. But product was unaffected. Hair extensions quality is amazing. Will definitely order again!
