First, I had to ask about the status of my furniture after several weeks because it was not being updated. When it did arrive, there were significant issues. This included missing pieces and a tear in the leather. Later we found the broken, missing parts on the sidewalk down the street.
I called customer service 4x the next day and no one answered or called me back. I had left several voice mail messages and sent several email messages. On Monday, I called early and still no one answered. Courtney finally emailed me and asked for information. When I sent the requested pictures, I did not receive a response after 24 hours. Finally, I called again and accidentally selected another option and talked to D. Turner who was very helpful I was very disappointed that I spent 6K and I had to spend so much time on this. It was not a great feeling to receive furniture, have it damaged, and basically be ignored for days. I was worried about the state of the company in which I have purchased for 30 years. I have a repair appt at the end of the month and hope it goes well.
