I would definitely recommend Bassett. Quality is outstanding. However when trying to track my order it was next to impossible. In store customer service was excellent but chat etc very frustrating.

I had a great experience visiting the store. The associate was very pleasant and helpful. She was very patient with me. She listened to my ideas and assisted me in ordering the fabric samples. I received my samples and will go back to complete my purchase. In 2018, I outfitted my bedroom and living room with Bassett furnishings. I specifically like a unique Boat Maker’s Cabinet in the bedroom. Eight years later I went back online and found the identical cabinet on clearance. Once ordered online the cabinet came in with factory packaging and delivered “white glove delivery.” Perfect experience.

I wish there more photos of how the product looks in a space. I chose the tidewater king but the only nice photo showing a designed space was the queen bed. This bed fit our bedroom and color design choices perfectly.
