Payment was declined several times, your site's automatic address completion made it impossible for me to input my address correctly. The manual override was not easy to find. Thankfully, your customer service agent spent 37 minutes with me helping to cancel pending orders and reorder my item once again. I'm nervous to order from you in the future, although it should probably work out fine since I was able to finally adjust my address information correctly.
