I placed an order, the package arrived on a Thursday, when I opened the package i found the product was the wrong color, after verfying my order was correct I attempted to make contact by phone after staying on hold for 2 hours I left a VM, i never recieved a call, I recieved an email asking for further info, I responded and never got a response back, I attempted a chat, the Chat asked the same questions over and then said "one moment please" the chat never responded, I texted and received a response 2 days later. i returned the item. i was charged to ship the wrong item back when it was their warehouse made the error The customer service was terrible. I won't order from here again.

I was skeptical at first because I found baseball monkey among my searches for a bat that is older. I was surprised that they had the bat I wanted in stock even though it is about 2 years old. The ease of placing the order, getting it delivered, and even the return was super smooth. I returned it because of my error, not Baseball Monkey. Small details like billing address being in another state than the delivery address was made easy to navigate. For sure I have this marked as a favorite on my bookmark page and I will be back again to not only look at older material at a good price, but newer material as well. 5 Stars!

Order placed from Alberta Canada. It’s been 8 days since order placed, no tracking # provided as of yet. Tried to contact Baseball Monkey and BOLT via email and phone, ZERO REPLIES back from both. Status says it was shipped. Terrible experience thus far. Do not recommend ordering from Canada as customer support is non existent.

Baseball Monkey canceled items even though they were available at the time of purchase. They didn’t give me an opportunity to change my order or to perhaps offer a different color in exchange, they canceled notifying me by email a day later. I reached out to customer service and waited on the phone for over 30 minutes and requested a call back but never got a call back. I used their phone service and sent a text message and also never received a message back. It took a week for someone to finally call me back. A little too late.

I like the selection and the shipping options, however. I didn't like that it did not give me an option to pick it up at the store after purchase, and I did not like that I had to use a portion of my gift card to pay for the shipping. I wish there was a way to select pay for shipping with a credit card to save the funds on my gift card

The website needs some updating. There needs to be a way search the website for in stock items at your local store. As of now I can look up a product and then check pickup status but would like to see what is available based on which store I select. The other huge factor is the shipping. Needs to be free shipping if I’m going to order something over $50 or even $100. A kids wood baseball bat should not cost an extra $12 for shipping.
