Auto-address Issue

This was my first time hearing about Baseball Monkey. I was surprised when I saw they had the best deal on a bat that my son was interested in buying. Placing the order seemed fine until I entered my address, where their system automatically suggested and erroneously corrected my address information over and over again. It affected my ability to pay because my credit card address was slightly different. I ended up calling customer service and was helped to clear the issue after around 30 minutes. We ended up having to cancel original order and place a new order over the phone. I later found that you can manually enter your address and bypass the auto-suggest but it wasn’t easy for me to find the first time. Now that my address information is fine and payment works, I would gladly purchase from Baseball Monkey again if their price is the best at the moment.

Payment was declined several times, your site's automatic address completion made it impossible for me to input my address correctly. The manual override was not easy to find. Thankfully, your customer service agent spent 37 minutes with me helping to cancel pending orders and reorder my item once again. I'm nervous to order from you in the future, although it should probably work out fine since I was able to finally adjust my address information correctly.
