The primary issue was that overnight shipping was paid for, but the order took almost a week to arrive. Secondly, when it arrived, it was not the product that I ordered. I was then told that I would have to pay to return the incorrect product and wait up to seven days for a refund and then I could replace the order. A lot of extra steps for mistake that I did not make.

This was my first pur hase of a Balmain product. I chose the sampler to get a feel for the scents Balmain makes. My favorite is the new Destin fragrance. It is lovely. I will be purchasing a larger size because it smells absolutely wonderful!! The packaging was magnificent as well!
