I was really happy with my super fast portable bottle warmer while it worked the past 6 months, but now it is malfunctioning and I will need to return it, which is unfortunate because it is a good product.

I have reached out 4 times via email to discuss my product issues with no resolution and to be told that there is no record of my order. I spent 300 + dollars on a bottle washer for it to break after 3 months. Which is ridiculous. I would like a refund or a new product sent.

I asked for a return five days past the 45 day window and was told no. I understand there is a policy for a reason but the item is brand new, in its original box, and doesn’t suit my needs. I could have purchased from other retailers with a better return policy but chose to buy direct. I don’t be doing that again. If I ever purchase a baby brezza product again, which I doubt I will, I will NOT purchase direct for this reason. I asked twice for flexibility given the newborn stage is hard enough and I wasn’t granted even five days of leeway. Toland.alyssa@gmail.com

My wife and I are planning on returning the baby Brezza formula bottle making machine. We were trusting in the settings that the appropriate amount of ounces that we were selecting, which was 2 ounces at the time was being poured correctly, but the doctor made a claim that our son was underweight and it required us to do manual bottle preparation so now I’m not sure if we have been feeding our son the appropriate amount of formula to our newborn the past two weeks. Since manually applying the formula he has gained weight.

Bottle washer is a great tool. Its time saving and easy to use. I just wish it was more pump parts friendly. Small parts fall off easily. Also, the timing of drying should b a bit smaller for mulitple times a day usage. I just dont see it feasible to waste electricity for 1hr or more multiple times a day if i need to wash pump parts n bottles separately daily. Havent use the baby food maker yet.

Bought the bottle washer pro and it’s amazing. Saves so much time! The only thing I dislike is if we want to use distilled water it almost takes up a whole jug so we’d have to purchase an insane amount to keep up. We switched to just filtered tap water.

I like the design and size of the bottle sterilizer. I also love the short sterilizing cycle. However, I am super bummed that I spent $144 for it to not properly dry bottles and parts despite doing exactly as the manual says. I have tried it several different times and unless I underload it, the sterilizer will not dry the contents in the dedicated time. I have to run another dry cycle one or two times for it to fully dry. And even so, the top of the sterilizer still has condensation on top. Again, I have read the manual, watched YouTube videos, and I have still been getting wet parts. I am only placing 6 bottles on the bottom (in the dedicated spots) and the smaller parts on top. For $144, I expected this to fully dry the parts in the dedicated time. That is the only reason I justified the purchase. I paid $50 for my Dr. Brown’s sterilizer. Even though it takes longer, I can overload it, and it will still have everything dry by the end.

The Baby Brezza Formula Pro is the best baby products ever! It’s easy to use and saves so much time when trying to get a bottle ready for my grandson. I wished they would have been around 30 years ago when my daughter was born. I highly recommend that s product.?

I would recommend the baby brezza formula dispenser and sterilizer, I would not recommend the baby bottle dishwasher due to capacity issues. Not worth the price

My daughter had purchased a Babybrezza for her newborn several years ago. She said that it was the number one baby item that made motherhood easier. She recently had a second baby and is using it again. I saw the Babybreeza in action, so when my daughter-in-law had their first child, I bought one for them. Same conclusion.

My address auto populated on order but I wanted this delivered to another address and did not see option to change address. Ordered 11pm on Sat. Night - sent email immediately to change address and called first thing Monday morning to get address changed. According to the order confirmation, you are not open on the weekend and my order would not be processed till next business day. When I called Monday morning, I was told I should have called Sunday, as you were open, she could not change the address because the order was pending, however, it was not sent for another 24 hrs. But I was told when I receive a tracking, I would have 90 minutes to call and change address. Did not receive tracking order till 9pm when I was unavailable. I was able to change the address through UPS (the confirmation email stated this would be shipped USPS - which would have forwarded my order) but I had to pay $19.99 for shipping charges and another $38 to update my UPS membership. Your customer service is a disgrace and even though I purchased your product at a discount, it cost me more for extra charges. I would never purchase a product directly from your website again.

I ordered my breeza replacement parts after I sanitized my parts and they shrunk. Haven’t even had it 3 months yet so that was annoying but my fault I should have checked online first . Next I paid 25$ for 2 day shipping and did not receive it within 2 days, no it was actually 4 days. Finally what bothered me the most was the customer service never got back to me when I emailed about a refund for the $25 I spend extra for my parts to be expedited and they never were. No return email, discount, or refund has been made or issued, nobody reached out to me which is poor customer service yet I received an automated email which is this forum I am on about a review , that’s crazy to me. Great products but be more upfront with cleaning process , it’s a bit of a running scam
