I’m very disappointed with my overall experience ordering from Baby Brezza. I originally placed my order for the Bottle Washer and Sterilizer on June 5, 2025. Two weeks later, I noticed my order was still stuck in “shipping” status with no updates. Nobody reached out to let me know there was any issue or that the item was out of stock.
When I called customer service, the representative was polite, but I was told the charcoal color I ordered wouldn’t be available until September. I don’t understand why it was listed as an option and available for purchase if it wasn’t in stock.
I agreed to switch to the black version instead, only to be told after being put on hold that this one was also unavailable until mid-July. At that point, I felt I had no choice but to settle for the black, since the white didn’t match anything I have.
If I had known upfront that the product was out of stock or delayed this long, I would have ordered from a different brand, like Dr. Brown’s, instead of waiting over a month. It’s very frustrating and discouraging that I received no communication or notification about the delays.
Overall, this experience has left me dissatisfied, and I hope Baby Brezza improves transparency about product availability in the future.
