I njoyed the ease of manuvering the shop online and the colors of the items made it easier to see. I did not like that when I tried to view my shopping cart the page did not open upbut rather it was a a small rectangle with my items inside on the side screen. That was problematic because I still had to scroll . Also, not all the items in the catalog are clickable. You cant click the shpping bag, you have to type it in at the top in order to view and purchase

I have been buying the SSS S&S for years. I saw the SSS with collagen and thought I would try it even though it didn't come in my favorite scent. Maybe you will offer it later but my skin couldn't wait for later. The scent is ok and time will tell if it was worth the scent change.

It saddens me to say I will not be using this site again. I have used Avon since the 1970s when I used to help my mom deliver Avon to her customers. I have had a number of issues with using promotions that were sent to me but I have not sent in a concern until now. The system wouldn't it let me correct the order and since it was over the weekend there was no one to reach out to for help and the promotion expired after the weekend anyways. The promotion was buy one get one on the deodorants. I called customer service the following morning they informed me there was nothing that could be done unless I canceled the order. But then I would have to spend more money because I wouldn't be able to use the promotion since it was expired. I didn't find that reasonable and I was disappointed that was the resolution. This was the only deodorant my son was comfortable using and I always ordered it for him as a treat. I will have him find other options moving forward. Thank you.

I enjoyed the site and products but the checkout was terrible. It took me 6 tries to enter my credit card and 4 tries to enter my ccv code. This is ridiculous the site kept locking up. I have a great internet connection with plenty of speed. I had to reload the page several times before it would work.

I hate when order items, pay for them and then they just never arrive. Not a word about where or why they never show up. Then you have to do all the work to find the missing items. Always some half backed excuse about something in the warehouse not working properly. It’s just poor service from start to finish. Feel lucky I got my money back.

It's hard to see the entire digital catalog on my computer screen because of the header and footer on the website. Maybe being able to open the digital catalog in a new window would make it easier to see it all at once. Overall, I had a good experience shopping on the website. Avon has a washable waterproof mascara and blonde brow pencil that I like. These are two products that I regularly buy. I also bought some mule-style slippers this time. The quality of the slippers is less than expected—OK, not great.
