For all the input that we have to do to get an order & input after getting an order, Avon takes advantage of people's time. The look of the products and store was nice, but I don't like how I have to spend $60.00 to get free shipping. Also, for some reason, I feel like there are multiple hoops I had to go through in order to get to checkout. The prices are also a bit elevated. There are similar products I can find at a lesser price.

A friend that I worked with was selling Avon and I would buy the things I liked from her. But then I changed jobs and I no longer could contact her because she left to get a new job and I didn’t know how to contact her. I wondered why no one I knew talked about buying Avon, I thought the company was no longer in business. So I tried to find Avon online and I did and was able to make a purchase. I initially wanted to find a LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE. Your website asked for my zip code. I put it in, which should have given me a list of local reps in my area, but then you wanted to know a ton of personal information that is none of your business, so you made it impossible to find a local representative. I disliked the hoops you put me through to place a simple order. This needs great improvement before I will ever order again. Give me a real local person I can deal with!!!!!
