Apparently there is an issue with your website. I tried placing an order yesterday 9/18 and website would not respond and I missed out of 30% off my entire order. I tried again ton 9,19 and it charged me 3 Times to my PayPal account as it did the same thing the night before. Very upset about that and i am hoping this will be caught so that I do not have to do returns.

I bought 10 lip balms. None of them were sealed! It was weird to get unsealed lip balm, I was disappointed and uncomfortable with the purchase. I was really looking forward to getting this product that had been out of stock for years. I'm not sure if I will purchase any more in the future.

The Vitamin C serum was supposed to be 10.00 and was charged full price! I was going g to order 2 but changed to 1. I find the book goes out alot and you have to start over, very annoying.

I just happened to find a booklet at a location and took a picture of the email address.and reps name. I was able to easily go online to order the items I was looking for. The only issue I am having is how to exchange it. The items actually came up cheaper than described in the booklet which was awesome. I loved the sale items on line. Made it had to pick.
