When Avon offers Free Shipping for orders $25+, I have the opportunity to afford to place orders of products that I really need. I only wish the SSS sale prices were discounted a little steeper and for all the SSS items and sizes.

When I added the item to my cart from the brochure, I didn't have a quantity option. It was buy one, get one half price, so I wanted to add two, and I didn't have that option. It was slightly confusing when I went to add the second product to my cart because it was priced as buy one, get one half price, so instead of adding one more product, it added two more, so I had to delete one.

I have used the Avon Face cream for a long time. This time when it was delivered I opened the package and all the jars of cream were OUT OF INDIVIDUAL BOXES!!! Packaging was AWFUL

Site easy to navigate and clear descriptions of products was a great experience. Saying the sign up for account was optional and then not allowing me to move past email/password was a real pisser. Password I created for the account is not flattering . If I wanted to create an account I would have done so when prompted. It even says (optional) at the top of the email/password section - Fix that!

Your packaging sucks. For my last few orders everything was out of the boxes and all over the place in the box. I ordered a few small products and they came in a huge box with very little packaging. Everything was everywhere.
