I wanted to order skin so soft for my daughter and my rep thought best to try online and have it shipped vs waiting for her to deliver. the online doesn’t show the previous campaign to be able to order from, which I’m used to when working face to face ! Still happy but not the same experience as if I had my ambassador sending me catalogs! Wish there were more special offerings especially since ordering online, Overall a good first time experience. I love Avon!

when you use a coupon, total drops below and you are charged shipping. Not right to do this. Makes you need to order more even if you don't want to. Top of order says free shipping, but then there is an $8.99 shipping fee added. not good. now I don't need to order for another year because I had to add on to my order.

With this being the first time ever visiting Avon's website, I found it to be challenging when trying to locate a specific product. For example, I was looking for the Skin So Soft insect repellent spray to be exact. I couldn't easily find a way to search for it specifically. Additionally, when I tried to go back to add the clutch purse, it wasn't easy getting back to add to my cart, especially after I was one step from checkout.

My sister is an Avon rep and my Mom used to be one when she was younger. We love Avon. My complaint with this visit is with shopping for makeup. The colors for lipsticks, etc. really depends on how your computer views it. Other cosmetics websites have addressed this by putting, and labeling the sticks on girls of different ethnicity or color. I am as white as white gets so know I can't pull off some of those vibrant colors without looking clownish. I would like the shopping experience online or in your catalog to be improved in this area. These products aren't cheap and I don't want to purchase the wrong ones. Thanks for listening!

I was so excited to see the products as I grew up with my mother ordering from Avon and ordered myself thru the years. I was a little disappointed that when viewing the items that you have to click on item before seeing “add to cart”. It created a longer than necessary amount of time before totaling and checking out.

It wouldn't let me order after making an account. Then it wouldn't let me order as a guest. I finally had to use my backup email address to finally place my order. That also made me enter my payment and shipping order twice bc it timed out. So frustrated. But I needed the product skin so soft bc of the mosquitos or I would have given up completely.
