The order, once placed, arrived quickly & exactly what I ordered. The down side was the ordering process. I had tried several times to order. The website was easy to navigate, but kept acting ip, not going forward to the next step. It was so frustrating. I even tried the on line chat. Every thing else was fine.

I almost had a smooth interaction until the part where my discount was to be applied. They had put in 10% and I was supposed to get 60GLOW for free shipping! Then when it said the shipping address needed to be changed, it wouldn’t let me do it! So I found a phone number called and spoke to a “Mary” who was very nice and walked me through most of the process. Some loud, loud beep came on the phone. So I had to hang up the phone and finished it by myself and succeeded in changing address and reapplying the discount. Now that is honesty…
