Your website needs work. Yes it's pretty and a lot of things to look at, but it's hard to get an order through. Took me an hour to purchase skin so soft, and then it wouldn't except cash app. You all should definitely look at that. And chat needs help too. Either get a AI or a person. She's not helpful.

I ordered 2 fmg Glimmer Wash-off Waterproof Mascara 535-560. I received fmg Glimmer SuperExtend Nourishing Mascara (in the book the number is 284-087), on the sheet I got with the order the number is 731-924. I don't see any mascara with this number on it. I would like the Wash-off Waterproof Mascara, not the SuperExtend Mascara.

I absolutely love Avon since forever. I remember Avon products going back to school days of old back to the 70s. The products are always of excellent quality and the representatives are so special in their demonstrations of the products and product knowledge. I get personal shopping ideas from my representative Bonnie who loves to post videos every week about the brochures, sales, what’s new, and products as well as product knowledge for her customers. Excellent service, excellent products, and the care going into my orders are very important to me. I would highly recommend recommend Avon.

I find it odd that I have to hit the serch bar each time I want to order. Why not just ask for a product number and let me put it in? I also feel the shipping is a bit high I can't and don't always spend $60.00 so $8.00 shipping is a lot. I also feel the lenth of time to receive an order is a bit lengthy.
